1. About these terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of rfc.jitinnair.com (the "Site") and any orders you place with Rocky's Fruit Cafe ("we", "us", "our"), Yelahanka, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By using the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

Please also read our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data.

2. Products and availability

All product images on the Site are for illustration and representation only. Actual contents, portion composition and presentation vary based on seasonal availability, daily produce quality and our preparation standards.

We strongly recommend confirming the day's selection over WhatsApp or a phone call before placing your order, particularly for subscriptions and bulk or party orders.

Listed weights are approximate and may vary within a reasonable range.

3. Orders and confirmation

An order is accepted only after you receive an order number and a confirmation on WhatsApp or SMS. Until then, we may decline or cancel an order (for example, when an item is sold out).

Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes where mentioned. We may update prices at any time; the price shown at the time of your order confirmation applies.

4. Payment

Payments are collected online through our payment gateway at checkout, or in cash/UPI on pickup where offered. Subscription plans are billed per cycle in advance; the first delivery follows successful payment.

Failed payments that are debited are automatically reversed by the bank within 5-7 working days.

5. Subscriptions

Subscription plans (weekly or monthly) deliver a fixed number of boxes per billing cycle, on your chosen delivery slot, to a saved address within our delivery area.

You may pause, resume or cancel a subscription at any time from the Site or over WhatsApp. Cancellation stops future cycles; amounts for undelivered boxes in an already-billed cycle are adjusted or refunded as store credit.

Repeated refusal of deliveries or undeliverable addresses may lead to subscription cancellation by us, with a refund of undelivered boxes.

6. Delivery

Delivery is currently limited to Yelahanka and nearby areas of Bengaluru. Delivery slots are approximate; produce is perishable and someone should be available to receive the box.

If a delivery fails because of an unreachable address or absent recipient, redelivery may be attempted at our discretion; perishables cannot be re-delivered after spoilage on-site.

7. Returns, refunds and cancellation

Being perishable, food items are not returnable. If a delivery reaches you damaged, spoilt or materially different from the confirmation, contact us on WhatsApp within 2 hours of delivery with a photo — we will replace the box or refund the item at our discretion.

One-time orders may be cancelled before preparation begins (usually until 6 AM for morning delivery) for a full refund. After preparation, cancellation is not possible.

8. Food and allergen notice

Our kitchen handles fruits, nuts, dairy and other ingredients. While we follow hygiene best practices, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. If you have allergies, speak to us before ordering; you can also list fruits to never send on subscription plans.

9. Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate contact details, not to misuse the Site (including scraping, attempting breaches, or placing fraudulent orders), and not to resell our products commercially without written permission.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the version on the Site at the time of your order applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
